Certainly not saying I disagree with the system, merely expressing the
fact that it sucked trying to get anywhere.

Taxi drivers were extremely happy about the lines, more fares, sad about
the fact that roads were jammed but delays in travel time = more fares

Hotels raised room rates to extend stays. Eventually the strike was
resolved and things went back to normal.
