I know somebody who was in the same situation with a registrar not willing to give up the name to the rightful owner. This person made up a fake fax to DomainSolutions with permission to transfer to the new administrator. Never had the slightest bit of problem doing this either.

On a somewhat related topic we found that rabbits avoid our garden if we
use the ferret litter as much. I guess its the smell of predator that
deters them. Mind ou at times the smell could deter anything.
