I use Outlook because it's what my viewers use. I have to know that what I
see and experience is the exact same experience as for my users. I can't be
writing an email in one client and test it in other clients and expect to
find everything, because if I don't use it consistently I'm going to miss
something and inevitably my email is going to look bad. And if my clients
are going to get a virus, I can't just be blithly going along and not have
any problems. I need to know that I'm getting the same viruses they're
getting.

p.s. Actually, about 53% of our people use Eudora compared to only 36% using
any variant of Outlook/OE. Then we have Groupwise, Lotus Notes, and 1% using
Netscape mail.
