The behavior of those guards merits more than a small response. This
sort of abuse went on in that prison for almost a year according to
the Red Cross. Other reports concerning the treatment of detainees at
Guantanamo Bay and in Afghanistan have raised similar complaints of
abuse and torture. Given  the widespread nature of the cases, it
seems that the senior military leadership and Pentagon gave their
tacit approval at the very least. If not then be prepared for a lot
of incidents like MyLai and other massacres of innocent civilians.
