+1 on the "off-list" concept - for those of CF-Community I posted a thread that said something to the effect of "I'm updating my resume to begin job hunting and need suggestions for job boards" and "if you want the gory details why I'm leaving, ask me directly" Granted, I'm working for a "big company" and teaching, not programming right now so that's something different. It's also a case of my leaving, not them looking. One thing that I did yesterday at an interview was to ask the inteviewer, "So, how do you like working here?" :) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| ColdFusion MX7 and Flex 2 Build sales & marketing dashboard RIAâs for your business.
