I love telecommuting. But, he mentions "It's against our policy"...
I'll just say that telecommuting workers could have an affect on insurance related issues. And the company needs to set up an infrastructure to support a telecommuter. And some people just don't know how to communicate w/o being face to face. Any of these issues could be a reason for the policy. ;) But, I find it's not worth my time to try to change companies. Better to find one that I gel with.
