Job Title: Web Applications Developer Reports to: 1stView Project Leader Education Required: 4-year degree in Computer Science or comparable experience. Job Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for implementing code for RedSiren's 1stView web portal along with data maintenance applications. 1stView allows customers to see the status of the software and hardware assets that RedSiren monitors for them. Receive a well-defined specification and be a self-starter who can turn their portion of the spec to working code. Assist in the design and specification process from analyzing the business requirements to specifying site architecture and functions in a well-documented manner. Job Requirements: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cold Fusion or Java web developer with working knowledge of JavaScript. Previous experience and proven track record in development of web applications, preferably interfacing with Oracle. Knowledge of PL/SQL is a plus. Must be comfortable with writing code from project specifications. UML experience is a plus.
