replacement in customers machines. This position was held for approx 3 months.

Technician Supervisor:

Was responsible for the day to day workings of the help desk and 3 levels of
technical support. Organized technicians daily work load and provided training
in new technologies. Used an ACD system for gathering reporting information on
technicians call performance and resolution speed. Was responsible for
updating the company knowledgebase on different solutions. Held this position
for 6 months.

Accounts Manager:

Was responsible for the management of the help desk and customer service
department, working in conjunction with the associated dept's manager. Spoke
to OEM MFG's regarding any problems and the possible solutions. Also provided
help desk support when needed. Held position for 6 months

General Manager-Operations:

Worked directly under the VP in the day to day operations of the company. Was
responsible for all operations including help desk, customer service, sales
and accounting. Managed employees work load and provided training. Managed
performance issues regarding employees and handled the hiring/firing needs of
the company. Responsible for monthly employee reviews and scheduling. Was
direct liaison with all computer MFG's and their respective ownership and
management.
