The client is a Menlo Park startup developing enterprise software. The company is well funded and doing well. It possesses an experienced management team who have been successful and so no reason not to be now. The position is a direct hire opportunity, no contracting. The client is exacting and are looking for a guru type who can hit the ground running. Team lead background and JSP/Struts experience are essential. Compensation is at $90k-$110k with some flexibility for someone who hovers above water. Senior Engineer (web client) Experienced engineer to lead development of my client�s web-based client. Responsibilities include developing Struts/JSP framework, connecting to existing application infrastructure, and sharing page construction and business logic with our existing Swing-based client. Also includes responsibility for developing web pages. Experience building and shipping JSP-based enterprise applications required; direct experience with Struts desirable. Experience with Swing applications would also be useful.
