In any case, I think Beau is doing a service to the ColdFusion community because he focuses alot on ColdFusion jobs and placing ColdFusion developers, so I have no problem with him sharing his contact information and what he does regularly on this list. Alot of developers know that if they want to find a CF position and they want someone to 'market' them on their behalf, that they can go to Beau because he is always posting CF jobs on this list.
And for the record, I am both a CF developer (9+ years) AND a competitor of Beau's as I recently started my own staffing company, but I do not specialize in CF like Beau does.
