I am one of those programmers to whom Vicki refers.  I am perfectly happy in 
Living in Florida and have no desire to move.  Additionally, with the housing 
market in the mess that it's in, many people who would move, _can't_  move.

A clear statement as to your firm's openness to telecommuting would be greatly 
appreciated.
