The successful candidate should have a broad knowledge of software development ideologies and be able to work in a team environment. The successful candidate must also be capable of working independently with minimal oversight when necessary and must possess the following: ⢠Strong problem solving skills ⢠Must have experience with the full software development life cycle ⢠Excellent communication skills ⢠Understanding and use of a structured design methodology (data modeling, data flow and process flow diagrams) ⢠Strong analytical skills ⢠Solid experience with ColdFusion MX, Fusebox, Coldspring, HTML, and XML ⢠Must have knowledge of SDLC process and ability to produce quality SDLC products. Required Skills: ⢠At least 5 years of ColdFusion 7/8 development experience (preferably on Solaris). ⢠Proven knowledge of ColdFusion components ⢠Proven knowledge of advanced ColdFusion concepts (OO, Ajax, XML) ⢠Proven experience developing CFCs, UDFs, and Custom Tags ⢠Proficient in JavaScript ⢠Thorough knowledge of hand-coded HTML and CSS ⢠Solid understanding of Fusebox and/or Coldspring ⢠Skilled in Oracle ⢠Version Control (preferably Subversion) Desirable Skills: ⢠Experience developing different large-scale business applications ⢠Experience with Section 508 standards ⢠Experience developing and debugging ColdFusion apps within a Solaris environment ⢠Experience using Dreamweaver ⢠Experience upgrading from ColdFusion MX7 to ColdFusion 8 ⢠Experience using MySQL ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Want to reach the ColdFusion community with something they want?
