What I am curious about is what salary RANGE would be suitable for a junior ColdFusion Developer with as little as 1 year experience with SQL experience (mainly writting and understanding queries). With JavaScript and CSS knowledge on how it is used and can implement basic JS/CSS functionality. I am pushing back on my management folks to bring on a Jr Developer to help out with the workload and I know this will be a question of what range of the salary are we speaking of and how it would fit into the projects budget.
