Seeking a Sr. Web Developer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Patuxent River, MD. The Sr. Web Developer will participate in software development activities required to support new development as well as maintenance of existing web-based applications.. Roles and Responsibilities: Responsibilities will encompass the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support development efforts including requirements analysis, design, coding, integration, testing, deployment, support/maintenance and technical documentation (e.g., specifications, designs, user guides, etc). Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: - HS diploma with 10 years of relevant experience - Solid demonstrated experience in developing web based applications using: - Adobeâs ColdFusion (v6+) - Frameworks including Fusebox 4.1 or higher - JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Web Services, and AJAX - SQL Server 2005 or higher to develop stored procedures and triggers. - Familiarity with .Net 1.1 or 2.0 - Experience in Object-Oriented programming principles - Experience with MVC and other common design patterns - Familiarity and/or experience with 508 Compliance - Experience with software configuration management tools such as Visual Source Safe, Borland Star Team, or other enterprise level version control system. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision/direction - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - US Citizenship required ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Want to reach the ColdFusion community with something they want?
