We need a solid ColdFusion developer (mid- to senior- level) to help us create a couple of small components to plug in to our existing software. Each one is self-contained, and should be easy to complete within 4-8 hours. For example:
* write an adapter to connect to a credit card processor. This should match a pre-defined interface and connect via HTTPS to complete the credit card transaction. * create user login widget (as a custom tag) that uses business logic from pre-existing CFC components to process user logins. The widget should handle username/passwords, password reset requests, and password expiration. Required Skills: Mid- to Senior-level ColdFusion developer, familiar with basic OOP principles. You must produce clean, readable, high-performance code, and understand modern HTML + Javascript + CSS design. Communication: You must have a fantastic ability to communicate with regular people in English (not nerd-speak). Location: You'll work from your location, so you'll need to use your own development environment. You must be a US citizen or legal resident, and must be located in United States. Washington DC area developers are strongly preferred. Technologies: Windows, Apache, Tomcat, Railo, Microsoft SQL Server, and Dojo Toolkit (Javascript). You'll need to have Railo and MSSQL installed on your development environment. Time: Tasks can be completed any time (day or night), but we'd prefer to be able to reach you during regular business hours if necessary. You should be able to turn around 4-8 hours of work in less than a week. Contact: Please email [email protected] with your resume or sample website, and hourly rate. No third parties or recruiters please. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology-Michael-Dinowitz/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-jobs/message.cfm/messageid:8413 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-jobs/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-jobs/unsubscribe.cfm
