The Division of Public Health Sciences, Department of Biostatistical 
Sciences’ Research Information Systems group at Wake Forest University Health 
Sciences in Winston-Salem, North Carolina is looking for a qualified 
Analyst/Programmer candidate to work in the area of web application development 
for multi-center clinical trials and other medical research projects. This 
position is responsible for developing web/database applications using 
Microsoft SQL Server and Adobe ColdFusion. Responsibilities include the design, 
implementation and ongoing support and maintenance of research information 
systems. Candidates should have prior programming experience in a 
web/application based language, along with an understanding of database design 
and experience with SQL. Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal 
skills, with the ability to communicate with those inside and outside a 
technical environment are preferred. Experience with Adobe ColdFusion desired, 
but not required. Relational database design experience and/or education is 
required.
