Migrating one of the most critical applications they have from coldfusion 5 to coldfusion 9 and writing up the documentation for what's involved. 3. Assuming the coldfusion 9 environment is set up well and the migration of the critical app from 5-9 goes well, this person would be responsible for migrating another 80 applications (most of which are in coldfusion 8). excellent communication skills are key.
