CGI is seeking a Sr. Software Developer (Lead ColdFusion v.8.0 Developer) to work out of our Dumfries, Virginia location on the OBMT project. This is a leadership position. The successful candidate will supervise two web developers, one database developer, and also one network administrator. The Sr. Software Developer is responsible for allocating resources to meet customer objectives on schedule. The successful candidate reports directly to the project manager and participates in weekly internal status meetings. The OBMT project is a web-based financial and auditing application built for the United States Marine Corps Systems Command. The tool allows users to manage budgets, expenditures, and invoicing, through a command budget module and reports module. OBMT follows the software development life cycle (SDLC) development model. Therefore, knowledge of the SDLC is imperative for success in this position. Qualifications A Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2-3 years directly related work experience is required.
