Job Description: This position will support data and reporting relative to the Work Flow Engine took in television/cable Customer Care. May also support television/cable Order readiness, service delivery and repair. Contractor will utilize SQL Programming expertise to identify key metrics associated with WFE performance and utilization as weel as order fallout, Top Call Drivers & Repair issues. Need experienced DBA and MUST HAVE experience (expert level) in Cold Fusion..
