Our client, a leading commercial real estate market research firm is seeking a developer with exceptional talent more than simply individual skills, to join an established team of developers. You will work in our development team with a project manager to develop Web-based, mission-critical applications using multiple web development technologies for our client's ecommerce portal and customer applications. You will be involved in the entire and ongoing development lifecycle of projects including participation in discussions on design specifications, providing input on IT solutions, troubleshooting application issues, documenting detailed specifications, and ensuring the ongoing maintenance of all applications. The right candidate will understand web based technologies and have debugging/âunit testing experience. We are seeking a talented developer with experience in one or more of the following technical environments: Java, ASP.NET, PHP, LAMP, ColdFusion, etc. Qualifications: Strong Internet technologies background in either ColdFusion, PHP, ASP.NET, JAVA, AJAX, LAMP Knowledge of MVC Frameworks, Model Glue (for ColdFusion) is preferred, but not required Knowledge of AJAX related technologies and the ability to code cross browser compliant JavaScript. Must have broad knowledge of the system development lifecycle and proven ability to adhere to project management deadlines. Strong written and oral communication skills, including strong technical documentation ability. Experience in object-oriented design and analysis, refactoring, design patterns Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years experience in software application development.
