Basic Qualifications: * 7+ years of experience with IT * Experience with PC and UNIX platform * Knowledge of File Transfer Protocol (FTP) * Knowledge of all phases and aspects of concept development, design and implementation of Web-based storage, access, display and retrieval capabilities to support complex imagery, geospatial and textual information * Knowledge of multiple front-end and back-end Web-enabled technologies * Ability to organize and classify large amounts of related and unrelated data * Ability to understand customer needs and manipulate a variety of formats portraying graphics information and to disseminate that information quickly and efficiently through Intelink * TS/SCI clearance Additional Qualifications: * Experience with graphics design principles, programming, and development of computer programming languages and applications, including ColdFusion, HTML, XML, Visual Basic, Perl, Java, ASP, .Net, Framemaker +, SGML, C++, or SQL * Experience with Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, CGI Scripting, or Content Management Software * Experience with Portal Technology, Microsoft PowerPoint, and ESRI ArcSuite, including ArcMap or AcrGIS and Adobe Acrobat * Possession of excellent presentation, interpersonal, and analytical reasoning skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
