I have upgraded to CFStudio 4.5 sp2 and this morning I opened the editor to find that it reopened my connection to the remote server I was working on last night. I've never seen that happen before. I would still like it if you could add a remote directory to the favorites list found in the context menu. I may crack open the action script that I downloaded from the developer exchange that will sync your explorer to the directory of the active file. Maybe there is a way now to add that functionality to the ftp: stuff. Don't mind me I'm just rambling.
