The coolest thing I have ever used to manage variables from page to page is
the cf_wizard tags. It is a set of 3 tags that work together and use wddx so
that if you know what form variables you need to track you set it all up in
one page and the tags provide forward back buttons for you. For the life of
my I can't remember what CFUG I downloaded these from but if you want them I
still have the zip file, just email me off list.
