I think we're just experiencing the flip side of 3 years ago, when I'd hire people who barely had a pulse, as long as they were trainable and would show up to work. (It was odd back then, that you'd have to fire people for not showing up until after noon. Sometimes it was like managing a McDonalds!)
BTW, I talked with this recruiter (John Triggs is a great guy, btw) a few days ago, and it's just one position.
