Removed all App.cfm's and it still didn't work.

Then I went into the CF Admin and cleared out my class path (where it was 
pointing to the postgreSQL JDBC driver), restarted the CF service, and it 
WORKED!

So, that's surely the problem. To set up that driver I followed the steps on:

and http://www.macromedia.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_18338

With the class path added, the postgreSQL data sources work fine - except for 
throwing this QofQ error every time.
