OK, after more testing here's the behavior - it is related the admin class path
field.

1. Edit Admin class path to remove postgreql jar path
2. Submit admin changes
3. Restart CF Application service

QofQ works fine, but of course I've lost my connection to postgres databases.

4. Edit Admin class path to add postgreql jar path
5. Submit admin changes
6. Restart CF Application service

QofQ works fine, and now queries to postgres work, too.

7. Restart CF Application service again with NO changes made to CF admin.

Postgres connection still works fine, but now ALL QofQ fail.

QofQ works again after rebooting (but only as long as the service isn't
restarted).

Weird, eh? This is very reproducible. I guess this isn't a newbie question
after all :)
