http://getmura.com I have been working with this one for nearly a year now and it has been great. Very flexible, has a lot of built in features already and have just recently started to announce plug ins and themes. I have built 5 sites from it and love it.
As a platform - Blue River - the company who created it - have been using it for years so it is well developed and mature. I definitely suggest giving it a look.
