CFFILE ERROR

I am trying to run a cfile copy from a mapped network drive to a directory
on a IIS box but I keep getting this error. 
Unable to copy file 'i:\W3svc3\ex001102.log' to path
'd:\wwwroot\admin\reporting\logdump1\ex001102.log'. Error: Access is denied.
(error 5).
