Did you add the modules of Cold Fusion into HTTPD.CONF ???

Put this in the httpd.conf>

        LoadModule coldfusion_module modules/ApacheModuleColdFusion.dll

Copy the DLL file to the Apache Modules folder.

Depends on the OS...then I can be more spesific.
