Personally I rate that feature in direct accordance with how much I use a
particular site. If I don't use a site very much and I return only to have
forgotten my password then I like it a lot, on the other hand if I make
frequent visits then I try to keep track of where my password is for that
site.

I guess to sum it up, if the password is important enough I keep track of
it.
