If you have installed NT Server 4.0 on a single CPU machine, adding a second
CPU will DEFINATELY require a complete rebuild.

I have an nt server one way. I am planning on installing CF Server Pro.,
however if I install it right now, would it present a problem when I add the
second CPU? any reconfiguration issues?
Unfortunately the Second CPU is not available until the end of the month,
and I would like to start working on the server.
