The way CF5 now works, is that you can install and evaluation copy (that
expires in 30 days, restricting access to a single IP), then if you want you
can input a new serial number via the coldfusion admin...

Go to the CFadmin page, and click on version information (at the top)

You should see:

ColdFusion 5, Professional Edition 
Purchase an Upgrade to ColdFusion 5 Enterprise Edition from our online
store.
To upgrade, update your serial number here. 

Clicking on the hyperlink will allow you to enter a new serial number.

For development purposes, I think so. I'm not putting it on any production
servers yet. Also, this is just what I think - I don't know for sure.
