Most mail servers don't use this method of protecting themselves from
unwanted relaying. The FROM address is too easily spoofed for this to have
much effect against the average spammer that decides to use your server.
Relaying is more likely to be protected on an IP address basis, designated
by specific machine IP or ranges of IP addresses (such as for a dial-up ISP,
where they've assigned blocks of IP addresses to modem pools). Could be
that the IP address of the CF server was never set up within the SMTP server
as 'Ok'.
