What is the URL of the site on box A.  I have seen problems if the URL
contains a "_" that IE will not accept the cookies.  Netscape will accept
cookies for sites with an "_" in there name.  Check with Netscape or mozzila
and see if the cookies are being set there.  Check the code and make sure it
is set to create cookies.  You may also make a test CFM that just sets a
cookie and see if that works on both servers.

    Hope this helps

We have two installations of MX that are pointing at the same DB.  As far as
we can tell the installations are identical.  However on Box A the server
refuses to set a cookie.  If you already have one for the site you are fine
but if you never had one you can't get one created.  Looking at CFDATA and
CFGLOBAL tables the system creates an entry but since no cookie gets set it
does it everytime you come in.  Box B works like a champ.

Can anyone give me some insite on what to look for here?
