There's very little in the formurl2attributes that you really need on 
CFMX - you can pretty much replace tag with 2 structappends from form 
and url scopes to attributes.

Regarding version of FB : There isn't really anywhere that you can check 
this, its really just down to the core files and their prefixes.

If you have app_globals.cfm, app_locals.cfm, app_layout.cfm and 
app_server.cfm, and is basically a hub/spoke type application, then you 
are more than likely on a version of FB2, probably with some extensions 
for dot notated fuseactions. 

If you have a pile of spaghetti code, before you get to the main 
queries, action and displays in a circuit, that includes files such as 
fbx_switch.cfm, fbx_Settings.cfm, fbx_fusebox30_CF50.cfm and other fbx_ 
prefixed files, then you're on FB3.

If you've got cfc's with fusebox type names then you are probably using 
FB4 or MachII, but I doubt its either of these.
