Quite a few of the third-party products are Windows-only. Products like
inFusion Mail Server (iMS), ActivePDF, ImageCR, . Anything that uses COM to
run. There are often Java alternatives that will run on Linux, but if you
like the features of the COM based one you're out of luck.

On the plus side for Linux, I recently noticed a post by Sean Corfield that
mentioned Linux supports a larger memory heap.
