Hi,
I have a Cold Fusion MX 6.1 installed on a Windows 2000 development
server. It was originally installed with the multi-server method (JRun +
ColdFusion) with connectors to IIS.
I've checked the Macromedia site and these lists and can't seem to find
any information on what is the best way to upgrade to MX 7.
(We don't want to keep the MX 6.1 deployment)

Should we just run the installer and choose the J2EE EAR option?
Should we uninstll CFMX (but leave JRun) and then do a J2EE EAR install?
Should we uninstall CFMX and JRun and do a multi server install?

We also have another application WAR deployed to the default JRun 4
instance. But it's fairly easily redeployed, so I'm not terribly
concerned if I have to redeploy that too.

Regards
Chris Jensen
