You are correct.  I don't want CF to actually use 100% of the processor but at 
the same time I cant manage to squeeze any more out if it. I even wrote some 
code that pegged out other servers I have but on this one it won't. The 
jrun.exe never goes over 50% even under the most extreme load.  While I can't 
really go into what this server does it does not service typical user traffic.  
It is a backend server running about 10 different gateways (directory watcher 
and asynchronous)
