Did you upgrade an existing install on the problematic machine? Because you
won't get that message unless you're specifically using that Devnet version
of CF.

I'd recommend that you uninstall it entirely, remove the \CFusion or \JRun
directories, and reinstall from scratch.

Not having installed CF on an AMD, I can't say absolutely, but I would be
very surprised to discover this behavior.
