Yes, because they're all stored the same way regardless of what platform
you're using (with the exception of ODBC datasources).

Yes, unless you have the same names in both places. If you're worried, you
can always just back up the neo*.xml files in your CF directory
(c:\coldfusion7\lib with a standalone server install, I think).
