I don't know if there's a specific document describing this, but in
IIS you can simply do this using a single IIS site with host headers,
as discussed previously. You can't simply hook up multiple IIS virtual
servers to a single CF instance using the Web Server Configuration
Tool unless you hook up all of them to that instance, but you can
manually configure IIS to do this - this isn't really documented
anywhere, but you'd basically do the same things that the Web Server
Configuration Tool does: create a wsconfig subfolder, link to that in
IIS, etc.
