Pick an app server, stick with it, don't second guess yourself.  That's all
there is to it.  Let them argue about who's penis is longer while you build
good apps in an environ you are comfy with.....  Except for when they
lie....

RIGHT...  Your _DB_ not the app server would need to be behind the firewall.
CF on the webserver, the data behind the wall.

I'm not going to coment on the GUI.  If you want to develop in a Frontpage
like environ, use Interdev.
