I had a lot of problems with them. I subscribed last year around August.
To my surprise, I recieved all the back issues for the entire year. I
thought that this was a real cool company. But....

When December came, I was told my subscription was going to run out. They
explained that when you bought a years subscription that it meant you got
a years worth of magazines....which is what I recieved..all the back issues
for 1999.

I complained that it was never stated in the agreement and that I expected
to
have my subscription last for a whole year...through August 2000. My
subscription
has stopped yet. :)

What I learned: Be tough with them and make sure that they get things right.
I
had to call them many times to get my situation resolved. I wish you luck.

Subject: CFDJ - anyone else had problems?

I've had a heck of time dealing with syscon the publishers of this
magazine....after only receiving the magazine for 3 months, they began
sending me notices that my subscription was about to expire (although we had
paid for year). I repeatedly emailed them, called them, and have done so
for the last three months - all with no response whatsoever.

Have any of you dealt with this issue, successfully or unsuccessfully?
