One of the things you get with Shanje.com is redundant servers for no
additional costs. All shanje web servers are clustered so it really makes
your website very reliable. Also all shanje servers are monitored so if one
hangs they automatically reboot. As part of the reboot, the cluster removes
them, but your pages are still served from the rest of the cluster. Then one
the server is back and stable, it rejoins the cluster. Pretty hard to beat
for $25 a month with unlimited domains and no setup fee.

Cheers!

Subject: Experience with www.shanje.com??

I'm looking at using www.shanje.com for a budget-conscious project of
mine. It's a small low-traffic site but I want to use CF for it, so I have
cost problems - most of the CF hosting companies are too expensive for
this tiny client's budget. Shanje.com looks like it'll fit the bill.

But I was wondering if anyone has had experience dealing with them - do
they deliver the vast array of things their web site offers? And is it a
well run outfit? (In other words, if I put my client's site there, is it
going to come back to bite me later!)

Reply off-list if you prefer.

Cheers,
