The user has the ability to select anywhere from 25 - 1000 records per page,
and I do use the next><prev method.  The queries are totally dynamic based
on user input.  It is up to the user to decide how they want to see the data
or how much.  Seems like most users want about 100 records per page so this
is what Im trying to cater to.

Why not list, say, 25 records at a time?  That way, they will all fit on a
page without scrolling.
