Oh.. I see what you are saying.  This was for an intranet box, and we
knew when everyone went home for the day.  :)

Of course you can. But you shouldn't. If you schedule something between 
2 AM and 3 AM one day of the year it will run twice and one day of the 
year it will not run at all. Besides, if you have users that are in the 
same timezone as your server, the slowest traffic is usually on some 
time way later.
