There was a thread way back when about a COM object that could do this.

This is just a shot in the dark, but you might try making sure that the CF
Server service is running such that it allows interaction with the desktop -
you can check this in the Services list.

Hey All,

Does anyone know of a custom tag (or anything else) that can create an image
based on HTML input (like CF_HTML2PDF2 but to an image)?

I've already looked at CFX_IMAGE and evrything else in the dev exchange at
MM.
