You need to get the site up and running as per Macromedia's instruction.
There can't be a group already setup in your area.  If you pass those
requirements you can then seta  time and place for your first meeting and
Macromedia will e-mail all clients in your area that have purchased CF about
the meeeting.  We are on an island and added about 20 members in 2 days with
that mail blast ;-)
