Yes, I figured it was a browser issue, I am assuming that nothing can be
done about it... I have looked high and low for workarounds with no avail.

Not a good thing :)

Thanks for taking so much time ...  I am going to have the customer try
Netscape for Mac and see if they have any better luck!
