I'm surprised you can't find any answers on this one - I've tried to explain it in quite a few different venues (here and Macromedia's Forums) quite a few times. The issue is with IE 5 on the Mac, both OS 9 and OS X. If you try Netscape or OmniWeb you probably won't have this issue. IE 5 adds a carriage return to the end of every form value submitted on a multi-part form. you should also look into how this can corrupt files that are uploaded if an application attempts a checksum (such as compressed files or Filemaker Pro files). Look into CFX_StripBytes to fix that one. Email me if you need more help.
